Boston First Capital was founded in 2001 by current Managing Director, William Mason. Through the harmonization of his close financial relationships and business ventures, Mr. Mason's objective of creating an advisory firm which thrived as entrepreneurs, with entrepreneurs was realized. The Boston First Capital business model is predicated upon being an extension of senior management. As such, Boston First Capital is committed to providing its partners with innovative and integrated business strategies designed for the future.

Small Cap Companies

Boston First Capital prefers to advise high-growth organizations in emerging industries with business models that lead to near-term positive operating income, including a clear and attainable exit strategy. We typically help companies with their second to fourth round financings in the range of $2-$50 million. Boston First Capital prefers to serve exclusively at this level due to the time and effort required to work with small companies. Within this range, Boston First Capital will work within a syndicate of relationships for particular opportunities. Our track record of positive results is primarily due to our close, continuing relationship with senior management of portfolio companies and a testament to Boston First Capitals' ability to provide financial and relationship capital and other critical financial, research, and sales and marketing advisory services.

Later Stage Companies

Boston First Capital provides a broad suite of investment, banking, and business advisory services to private and public "later-stage" growth companies.
